Week 1 Results
Week 1 is in the books! 🙌 I’ll keep this relatively short, but wanted to share a couple of things I’ve noticed already: I’m amazed by how quickly I’ve adjusted to my daily walk. The first day was a shock to my system. I was huffing, puffing, and trudging along for the entire mile. I’ve already seen a massive improvement in only one week.
