My First Video Update

If I’m going to post a video of me talking to the camera (which isn’t easy for a recluse like me), I’m going to save myself some keystrokes.

Somewhere around 5 minutes in, I said I have a “shoulder energy”…. that should have been a “shoulder injury”.

Cold and foggy night, but I made my walk in about five minutes less time than yesterday. Picking up the pace! ✊

Dog Update

Went to the shelter today after deciding to adopt the dog I mentioned yesterday, but sadly (for us) someone else had the same idea about an hour earlier. Hope he enjoys his new home!
