Today did not go as planned. I think I got most of my 2 mile walk in today, but I can’t be certain since I didn’t record it. Even though I don’t feel successful today, I at least did not screw up my eating (which I actually did very little of). Tomorrow is the weigh-in with Brook. Neither of us feel confident, but she’s looking a little thinner to me, so I think she secretly knows she’s won the contest. If that’s the case, I’ve got some shopping, cooking, and cleaning to do tomorrow.
This post will be short, but a plan for February is coming soon. It’s time to step it up - more exercise, less food. I’m not disappointed in this first month, but I’d love to see a significant change in the numbers by the end of February and that will take some work. I’m ready for it! (kind of) 😔
