I know it’s a stupid milestone, but I’ve been stuck at 227 and change for weeks now. Today I clocked in at 225.6. Stupid…but motivating. The teens are not far away and I plan for those to go a little quicker.
I mentioned that I thought I had some muscle gain, and yesterday I had evidence as I had to fight with my jeans to get them over my calves. Sadly, my legs are the only thing that have really gotten a workout, but that will be changing soon…I think.
Tuesday is my appointment at 9round and in preparation, today I broke out the jump rope. I was thinking it was going to be terrible…something I would not want to attempt in front of other people. And, you know what? I was 100% correct. It was awful. I was going to do a video of it, but I was afraid people on YouTube would assume I was making fun of the mentally challenged.
Tomorrow I will have to try to add some time, but the fact is, even if I got up to the full 3 minutes that they will expect me to do, I would still have 8 other grueling tasks left to go. I predict it won’t go well. Still though, I have to try.

A boring (but pleasant) walk around the neighborhood.

I didn’t do well on my water today because of a new discovery: Dr. Zevia. Thankfully, I’m already sick of it and back to the H2O.
