The Quest for Keto Bread

The dog in the cover photo does not exist. ¹ It’s just something made to resemble a dog. The more you look at it, the more you realize its shortcomings. It’s a poor facsimile of the real thing…Which leads me to another thing that doesn’t exist: Keto bread that tastes like actual bread. At least, not that I’ve found.

Here in Billings, shopping options are limited. There are only a few brands available and they range from flavorless dish sponge, to wet dog flavored dish sponge (the latter being anything made with Almond Flour). Oh, if only there were some sort of massive online retailer who offered a large selection of Keto products. Hey…wait a second… What about that Amazon thing?

For whatever reason, I’d never considered searching Amazon for keto food products. What a fool I’ve been. There are brands I’ve never heard of with thousands of glowing reviews:

only keto bread that i can eat I tried several keto , and low carb breads . Most of them i could not even eat more then one peace. Its the only keto bread that i can eat and enjoy as well. i eat it in break fast with eggs. for my sweet tooth satisfaction i use keto strawberry preserve on the sola toast and its yummy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

DELICIOUS! No funny low carb taste!!! This is just like the bread I would eat before Keto and a game changer for quick lunch meals. Now if I could just get my hands on some of the french toast swirl and blueberry. Please bring back in stock! :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It will take a few days before I can let you know if the hype is real, but you can expect an honest and thorough review in the near future. The more practical substitutes I can find, the more sustainable this lifestyle becomes.

I fell short on my walk today. The wind gusts were frigid and I gave up after 1 mile. That gym membership will be happening soon…just doing some research.
