I’ve been lamenting the inevitable Montana winter weather and the fact that it will require a new plan for exercise. I decided to try Apple Fitness+ for a month and see if I get any benefit from it. I had planned to try it today, but the weather was nice and my daughter was willing to take a walk with me - no need for more time indoors.

Work and family have me traveling to Spokane next week (Sunday - Saturday) and I have to be sure to get my daily exercise and stick to my diet. I’m not checking a bag, so the protein shakes have to stay here. I’ll likely head to a store in Spokane to stock up on the shakes and snacks that keep me honest and not hungry. (Getting hungry = Big chance for screwing up!)

I’ve committed to doing a post every day and being out of town is no exception. I’ll be posting daily updates and hopefully a video or two. I’m sure I’ll have to pass up some free food (the conference room will likely be filled with cookies, muffins, little sandwiches, and other things I can’t eat), but I can do it. I’m far enough in that it’s just not worth breaking the streak. 💪
