Another week with no dietary screw-ups, and officially hitting 225 makes this week a win.

I’m a fan of micro-goals. Even though I have built a taunting progress meter below, my one-step-at-a-time goal always ends in a 5 or a 0. I’m at 225, so my next goal is 220. That’s only 5 micro-goals away from being under 200 lbs for the first time since…Actually, I can’t remember - which means it’s been way too long.

I should have posted another progress pic with this post, but I’ll get to that as soon as I have someone around to take one. Instead, I’m posting a “Sign That You’re in Montana” cover photo, as some of you city folks have perhaps never seen one. What you have seen is a pic of me within 3 lbs of my current weight, so you’re not missing much in the way of a progress pic.

One final thought: I have been struggling with whether or not to cancel the Tuesday appointment at 9Round. It has really good reviews, but I can’t help but think that no matter how poorly I do, they will convince me that it’s a good move (I mean, that’s their job, right?) I’m not really susceptible to high-pressure sales pitches, but still try to avoid them whenever possible. I’m also unwilling to make ACH payments, so that would be another deal breaker. I plan on calling them tomorrow to ask some questions before I make a decision.
